Perfect for individuals who like to train with their own group of friends, family, and/or co-workers. Whether it is for a friendly office competition, upcoming wedding, and/or just for a healthier lifestyle change for you and your loved ones, group fitness sessions are perfect for keeping everyone motivated. 

Boot Camp Classes

A group of strangers that quickly become family who encourages each other to help push and motivate one another during the session. Our 60-minute boot camp classes are perfect for those who enjoy working with other like minded individuals.

Online Coaching

Can’t make it to us? No problem. With our custom app, our team will be able to provide you with custom workout plans, meal plans, all while monitoring your progress, and much more.

You will have the ability to upload progress photos, track your meals, send instant messages our team. All which having access to workout videos which demonstrates how to perform exercises correctly.

Nutritional Guidance

Our team will calculate your macros and provide you with a breakdown of how much protein, carbohydrates, fats, and total calories needed for your specific goals. Our team will also provide you with the recommended foods to eat to ensure your fitness goals are reached.

 

Assessments

Each of our 1-on-1 client will be given an individual assessment to get an understanding of their starting point. At which point your trainer will put together a fitness plan to help you maximize your training to reach your fitness goals.
